This includes information about their education and migration services, course options, entry requirements, English and LLN (Language, Literacy and Numeracy) guidance, as well as fees, payment terms, and refund policy — including what occurs in the unlikely event that a service or course is not delivered.
• I confirm that I am fully aware of and agree to abide by Evolve’s policies and procedures, including the Fees and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and client service conditions as set out in their documentation and website. I understand how I can access these policies if required, and consent to the use of my personal information for education, migration, and related advisory services in accordance with these policies.
• I understand that, for an education placement arranged through Evolve (as applicable i.e. Australian education providers), I am not required to pay more than the initial tuition fee amount (or 50% of the tuition fee) before the start of the course, unless I choose to do so. Any fees paid before commencement will be reflected in the relevant documentation (e.g., offer letter or Confirmation of Enrolment).
